1 word ...... top service!
Young entrepreneurs who go for it 💪 customer service many companies could learn from. Order placed, follow-up questions answered politely, product delivered perfectly on time as agreed. (On a Saturday evening, no less!) Keep it up, guys!
Great service!!
Order delivered quickly! I thought I had a problem but got in touch fast via the app, and they really thought along with me and looked for a solution! Everything went great and was resolved! 💪🥰 Highly recommended!! 💪😊
Excellent experience! Great company
Best fatbike shop in the Benelux! Even before I had checked out, the seller was already messaging and calling to explain things to me. They even helped me get a refund from a competitor. The website info was correct too: ordered one day, delivered the next, and exactly as expected! Thank you, and definitely buy your stuff here!
