With a new set of pedals, you'll pedal comfortably and firmly again. Unscrew the old pedals from the crank arms and note that the left and right pedals often have a different thread direction. Lightly grease the threads and firmly tighten the new pedals on the correct side. Can't manage it yourself or in doubt? Pro tip: the left pedal usually unscrews the opposite way from what you're used to. Look carefully at the L or R marking on the pedal spindle, and you'll install them on the correct side the first time.

Yes, a fatbike that complies with current regulations (max. 25 km/h pedal assist and a 250W motor) is fully legal on public roads. Tuned models may only be used on private property.

Do you need a driver’s license for a fatbike?
You don’t need a driver’s license for a regular fatbike with pedal assist up to 25 km/h. You do for tuned models above that limit. Keep in mind those are only allowed on private property.
