The pedal sensor sits on the bottom bracket and registers when you pedal, so the motor gives you assistance. When replacing it, slide the sensor over the axle and make sure the cable runs neatly to the controller without getting pinched. Make sure the magnet ring is properly aligned with the sensor. Do you need a driver’s license for a fatbike?
You don’t need a driver’s license for a regular fatbike with pedal assist up to 25 km/h. You do for tuned models above that limit. Keep in mind those are only allowed on private property.
